Private City Tours

Warning! My summer schedule is very limited. I am honoring all bookings in June and August but have very few days available beyond that. By Fall in September/October availability improves. By November I will resume cruise and airport pickups. Get off the beaten path to see Miami's hidden gems! Miami Native Tours offers professionally guided private city tours of Miami's historic neighborhoods and landmarks. Tour the best parts of Miami you would never see on your own! We provide transportation and fully narrated private tour of Miami. Our professional guides speak fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese and are well versed in the history and folklore of Miami. We offer Half Day and All Day private and group tours. Groups larger than 10 need a 24-hour advance notice.

Our standard city tour includes 2-3 stops but can change to your group’s interests, with over ten unique stops detailed on the full city tour page.

From November to April we are famous for our Manatee Tour! We were the first operator to highlight Wynwood’s street art over ten years ago, and we are the only operator to regularly visit the Key Biscayne Lighthouse Tour! Our city tours are flexible, kid and senior friendly, ideal for airport layovers or ending/starting your cruise vacation.

Everglades Tours

Our All Day and Half Day Everglades Tours are offered in three distinct parts:

  1. An airboat ride on the Miccosukee tribal reservation to their private tree island, which places us 3 miles from the Big Cypress National Preserve. 
  2. Big Cypress National Preserve is where the wildlife sightings increase dramatically. We make several tour stops, including a boardwalk, which leaves us just 8 miles from an excellent alligator viewing area, then 2 miles from a great manatee spot, and then 12 miles to the highlight of the Everglades Tour. 
  3. A 90-minute boat ride thru the Ten Thousand Islands to the Gulf of Mexico and a stone crab lunch in historic Everglades City. 
  • Half Day Tour = 1 + 2 for roughly 5 hours
  • All Day Tour = 1 + 2 + 3 + stone crab lunch for roughly 8-9 hours

The only reasons to do the Half Day Tour would be time constraints, very young kids, or unfavorable weather conditions for the Ten Thousand Islands boat ride.

  • Dolphins (All Day Tour only)
  • Manatees
  • Wide variety of wading birds & songbirds
  • Roseate Spoonbills & Wood Storks
  • Eagles, Hawks, Osprey & other raptors
  • White Pelicans thru March (All Day only)
  • Land & Sea Turtles
  • 2-3000-year-old Calusa Indian shell mounds
  • Once in a while we see Rays, Sharks & Sawfish
